4. Check your mobile network and data network in that locality. If there are any call drops or network drops, report to your mobile service provider.

5. Check all the windows and doors properly. Visit the property in different hours, day as well as night. You will get the insights of your locality and neighbourhood. Ensure that you are moving in a safe locality.

6. If you have a ride, make sure there is enough parking space in your building or society. Check the security of parking space as well.

7. If you are renting a fully furnished apartment, check all the amenities before moving in as promised by the owner.
